How long does shipping take?
While most orders ship on-time, your order could experience shipping and/or fulfillment delays due to various reasons beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.
Estimates below are only applicable to the contiguous US and do not include international shipping, PO boxes or military bases unless otherwise stated.
All orders are shipped via USPS (First Class, Priority Mail) or FedEx (Ground, Home Delivery, International Economy) from our Warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Shipping methods differ based on product type and weight. The estimated delivery times for each shipping method are as follows:

*NOTE: Due to USPS restrictions, the shipping options provided at checkout are determined by product type and weight. Individual hair accessories or hair care products can be shipped by First Class (under 1lb.) and Priority Mail. Styling Tools can only be shipped with Priority Mail. Deliveries to commercial locations can be shipped via FedEx Ground.
Territories of the United States: For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, please allow anywhere between 5-15 business days for your order to reach your destination. Shipping times are determined by weight and product type.
Territories outside of the United States: We are not responsible for fees required by customs for any reason.
