Beyond The Beauty Warranty Information:

Warranty is offered for hair extension products and electrical products. Warranty becomes effective immediately on day of purchase. To purchase a warranty, products must be registered online. Payments can be made either directly through the website or via phone.

Hair Extension:

Our line of Beyond the Beauty Hair Extensions is now offered with a 2 year, limited warranty, including:

Damage to clips

Damage to stitching

Falling hair from clips

The warranty does not cover:

Change of the original hair extension color.

Cut extension hair,

Damaged hair (including use of non-BTB certified products, e.g. metal curling irons, non-ceramic straighteners),

Abuse of warranty services.

Hair extensions warranties are a one time 20% charge of original purchase price, per product purchased.

Electrical Products:

Warranty on electrical products is full coverage including:

Manufacturer defects,

Wear and tear damages,

Physical damage of products (broken plates, worn wires, etc.).

Beyond the Beauty offers two extended warranty packages for electrical products.; your choice of one-year warranty or lifetime warranty.

Electrical products warranty packages pricing follows:

One year extended warranty, one time charge of $24.99

Lifetime extended warranty, one time charge of $34.99
